Join a leading retirement living and aged care provider seeking an experienced Risk and Compliance Analyst to join their team in Melbourne. As a key member of the risk management team, you will play a critical role in identifying, monitoring, and mitigating risks across the organisation.

">Job Description:

The successful candidate will have proven experience in risk management, compliance, or audit, with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for supporting the effective implementation and ongoing improvement of the Risk Management Framework, ensuring key risks are identified, monitored, and well managed.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the monitoring of enterprise risks and risk appetite measures
  • Participating in risk workshops to help teams understand and apply the Risk Management Framework
  • Reviewing and maintaining delegations of authority
  • Assisting the internal audit function with scheduling, preparing documents, and tracking actions
  • Collecting and presenting data for risk reports
  • Preparing clear, concise reports and presentations for different audiences
">Requirements:
  • Proven experience in risk management, compliance, or audit
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with basic coding language (desirable)
