Physiotherapist Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to deliver high-quality care to our clients. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in improving the mobility, function, and overall health of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client physical condition and needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, strength, and function.
  • Provide hands-on therapy and exercise guidance to clients.
  • Educate clients and their families on exercises, techniques, and strategies for ongoing care.
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions and progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
  • AHPRA Registration.
  • Current and valid Physiotherapist license in the state of New South Wales.
  • Proven experience in providing physiotherapy services, preferably in a home care or community setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to improve clients' quality of life.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
