We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to lead our dedicated team in providing world-class care to our residents.

About the Role

  • Provide clinical leadership and management oversight to nursing, care and auxiliary teams throughout the village.
  • Ensure compassionate and excellent quality care is provided to all residents.
  • Lead, develop and grow a strong team of happy, kind, trained and highly motivated staff dedicated to delivering world-class care.
  • Ensure that clinical policy and procedures are adhered to.
  • Provide support to the Village Manager and Admissions Officer as we build the number of residents in care.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as Registered Nurse in a management role, preferably in residential aged care.
  • Advanced clinical leader with the ability to coach, mentor and share knowledge with your team.
  • Strong relationship builder with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of continuous improvement systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
