About the Role
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide life-changing occupational therapy to NDIS participants across the lifespan in Western Melbourne and surrounding areas.
This is a full-time position, but part-time will also be considered. As an Occupational Therapist at Everyday Independence, you'll work in diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating therapy plans using an evidence-based measurement tool and providing life-changing occupational therapy to support participants in achieving their goals and maximising NDIS funding.
- Working within an interdisciplinary team of passionate and dedicated allied health professionals.
- Building meaningful relationships with participants and their supports (family, carers, friends).
- Taking part in weekly team meetings, sharing stories of impact, coffee and laughs.
- Tapping into the knowledge and support of your Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor.
What We Offer
Attractive remuneration package: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum (based on experience), plus benefits such as vehicle options, laptop, phone, and performance bonuses.

Suitable candidates must possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- General AHPRA Registration.
- A positive and flexible approach to work.
- Strong communication skills and a team player.
- Commitment to personal and professional development.
- Valid driver's license.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check.
- Working with Children's Check.
- Experience working in NDIS/disability is preferred, but not essential.
