PHE Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled boilermaker to join our team on a fixed-term project contract basis.

This role involves collaborating closely with electrical construction teams to fabricate and assemble structural solutions for the electrical and instrumentation installation of an underground hard rock mine.

We strive to be an integral part of a team that contributes to building some of the nation's most important projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with electrical construction teams to fabricate and assemble structural solutions for electrical and instrumentation installations.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and develop simple markups.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality in a mining/heavy industrial environment.
About You

To be successful, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Australian recognised trade qualification – Boilermaker (fabrication)
  • Excellent attitude to safety
  • 5 years' experience working in a mining/heavy industrial environment
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and develop simple markups
  • Hold a current C Class Australian driver's license
  • Current Working at Heights certificate
  • EWP (Over 11 metres)
  • White construction card
  • Previous experience working in/with electrical teams will be an advantage but not essential
  • Must be able to pass all pre-employment checks
