About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Support Associate to join our team at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in Melbourne. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee records, including training, inductions, and new starters/leavers;
  • Process timesheets and expenses, and provide training to the team;
  • Maintain accurate people records and communicate effectively with internal and external customers;
  • Assist in compiling site/Area Monthly Contract Review Packs and attending monthly meetings;
  • Plan maintenance visits for technicians and sub-contractors, and drive PPM and Reactive performance through direct engagement with the engineering team and service partners;
  • Evaluate QHSE documentation and ensure integrity of financial transactions from contract;
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A higher educational qualification or degree;
  • Excellent PC-based skills, with a high level of experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role with managerial experience;
  • Experience with Pronto Software;
  • Flexibility to work outside core office hours from time to time.
