We are seeking a Secondary HSIE Teacher to join our team, commencing January 2025. The successful candidate will be a passionate Christian with a suitable qualification and NESA accreditation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach HSIE subjects to students in a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve student outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Active Christian faith.
  • Suitable qualification and NESA accreditation.
  • Ability to improve student learning and wellbeing outcomes.
  • Excellent teaching skills, as described by the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.
  • Capacity to receive feedback and implement changes.
  • Ability to collect and analyse educational data to inform teaching practices.
  • Current Employee Working With Children Check.
