Operations Driver

At Neuron Mobility, we're looking for a skilled Operations Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for managing our e-scooter fleet, ensuring they're always in top condition and ready for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a service vehicle to pick up e-scooters across the city and move them to high-demand locations.
  • Swap batteries and perform routine maintenance tasks to keep our e-scooters in excellent condition.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to achieve our operational goals.
  • Communicate effectively with our customers and provide excellent service.
Requirements:
  • Australian Driver's Licence (open class).
  • Aged 21 or over.
  • A suitable smartphone to perform the role.
  • Ability to work at least 30 hours per week (up to 38 hours maximum).
  • Flexibility to work regular afternoons, evenings, and late nights, including weekends.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and manoeuvre 25-28 kg.
  • Previous experience as a driver (e.g., courier, Uber, removalist) is highly desirable.
