Drive testing excellence in a major Defence ICT program as a seasoned Test Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define comprehensive test strategies for large-scale Defence projects.
  • Lead and mentor high-performing test teams across multiple streams.
  • Effectively engage vendors and stakeholders around testing activities.
  • Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting at the program level.
  • Ensure robust test coverage, quality assurance, and risk management.
Requirements:
  • Possess strong experience as a Test Manager on large-scale ICT Defence programs.
  • Demonstrate proven capability to provide test leadership within Defence.
  • Exhibit a deep understanding of testing frameworks, assurance processes, and quality governance.
  • Hold experience with automated test frameworks and API testing.
  • Proven ability to manage the entire test lifecycle.
  • Ideal candidate has supported Defence in an above-the-line capacity.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, vendors, and stakeholders in complex environments.
  • Understanding of Defence protocols and requirements.
  • NV1 clearance is essential.
