Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, be able to build and maintain client relationships, and have a deep understanding of technology solutions.
The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, identifying opportunities for growth, and providing exceptional service to drive business forward. You will work on building trust with clients, establishing and maintaining client success plans, and analyzing client systems to advise upgrades or additional features.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client partnerships
- Manage nominated clients to ensure their IT needs are met
- Maintain and enhance existing client relationships
- Act as the key point of contact for each nominated client
- Establish and maintain Client Success Plans with monthly and quarterly meetings
- Proactively conduct strategic account reviews with all nominated clients
- Identify accounts whose revenue may be diminishing and address any 'at risk' clients
- Establish and maintain a relationship with the Service team
- Address all product-related queries in a timely manner
- Build and manage a sales pipeline for nominated clients
- Prepare and follow up quotes and proposals for nominated clients
- Identify potential opportunities with new and existing clients that align with our strategy
- Lead teamwork and collaboration for the success of clients
Requirements:
You will need to have strong customer service attitudes and knowledge, as well as product and services knowledge. You should also have Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and Copilot for Microsoft 365 fundamentals, as well as key account management fundamentals. Business analysis and requirements gathering, and communicating with influence are also essential skills for this role.
