Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads through proactive outreach and effective communication.

About the Role:

  • You will be working in a fast-paced startup environment where you will be expected to think creatively and strategically.
  • Your primary goal will be to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • You will be responsible for managing your sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals and reporting to your manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating qualified leads through outbound efforts such as cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
  • Becoming an expert in our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential customers.
  • Negotiating pricing and terms to maximize value for both parties.
  • Providing daily and weekly sales reports and insights to management.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a fast-paced startup or hospitality environment.
  • Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets through a mix of inbound and outbound efforts.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close.
  • Goal-driven, resilient, and competitive mindset with a focus on delivering results.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
