Job Title

Are you a seasoned construction professional seeking a challenging role that leverages your expertise in project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership? We invite applications for a senior Construction Manager position within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of high-value construction projects from scoping through to handover and defects liability.
  • Oversee cost control, invoicing, forecasting, and subcontractor claims.
  • Prepare and manage contracts, coordinate procurement, and oversee trades.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, including critical path tracking.
  • Uphold rigorous WHS, environmental, and compliance standards.
  • Conduct site inspections, client meetings, and project reporting.
  • Manage risk, change, and escalation processes professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
  • Coach and support delivery teams, ensuring alignment with organizational values.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in construction project delivery (data centre or mission-critical environments preferred).
  • Qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related trade.
  • Strong background in contract administration, project lifecycle management, and WHS compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, and digital reporting tools.
  • WHS White Card (required); post-trade or postgraduate qualifications are highly regarded.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
