Due to ongoing success and growth, this reputable company is looking to expand its Warehouse team. The role is fast-paced and customer-focused, requiring strong administrative skills.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:

  1. Respond to all queries promptly.
  2. Approve or decline returns in accordance with established company policy.
  3. Timely and accurate processing of credit notes and restocking fees.
  4. Liaising with the sales managers and coordinating team to ensure exceptional client service.
  5. Engaging with suppliers to obtain correct restocking fees.
  6. Ensuring inventory is updated accordingly.
  7. Liaise with the Purchasing Manager and warehouse weekly to review stock requiring further action in regards to disposal.
  8. Clear and open communication with relevant internal and external departments.
  9. Maintenance of the Returns tracking sheet.
  10. Assist the Warehouse Manager in the preparation, administration and execution of the Bi-yearly stock takes.
  11. Compulsory attendance required for Count days and Stock take day.
  12. Participate in meetings as requested.
  13. Raising and processing credit claims as required for stock returned to the warehouse or excess stock no longer required.
  14. Reconcile pending credits against outstanding claims.
  15. Maintaining the Excess Stock spreadsheet.
