Metal Machinist

Are you a skilled Metal Machinist looking for a challenging role in mechanical machining? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team at Sulzer Australia's Maitland Service Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on cutting-edge projects with a global industry leader.
• Utilize manual lathes up to 100t, with comprehensive training provided.
• Read and understand complex mechanical drawings.
• Replace or repair worn or defective mechanical assemblies.
• Lift, tighten, adjust, and secure heavy objects as required.

Requirements:

• Trade Certificate III Fitter and Turner.
• Experience in mechanical machining of large equipment (pumps, fans, gearboxes, turbines).
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to work in accordance with quality assurance procedures.
