**Hotel Maintenance Handyman Role**We are seeking a reliable and skilled Hotel Maintenance Handyman to join our team on a casual basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the hotel, both inside and out, is kept in excellent condition.This includes maintaining the lawns and garden, performing minor plumbing and maintenance tasks, cleaning company vehicles, and driving guests to and from the airport in our 9-seater courtesy van.To be suitable for this role, you must have a current Police Clearance, a valid C class driver's license, full Australian working rights, and preferably a Trade Qualification.The job requires weekend work, including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, with some weeks potentially involving Thursdays and Fridays. In return, you will receive approximately 15-25 hours of work per week.Some daily tasks may include:
  • Minor plumbing, painting, maintenance & repairs
  • Maintaining the lawns and garden including mowing, edging, and weeding
  • Maintaining and cleaning company vehicles
  • Confidently driving guests to and from the airport in the hotels 9-seater courtesy van
**Key Requirements:**
  • Current Police Clearance
  • A current C class driver's license
  • Full Australian working rights
  • A Trade Qualification (desirable)
