We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Data Analytics to join our Technology and Operations (Tech & Ops) Risk Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leveraging data analytics to enhance and expand tech risk processes, providing greater assurance for the Bank's Technology organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality, risk-focused analytics to provide management with powerful insights for improving the control environment in line with Technology's strategic objectives.
- Assist the Tech & Ops Risk Management team in becoming more efficient and effective, in both executing assurance reviews, and quarterly planning, through the use of analytics and continuous assurance.
- Work closely with the Tech & Ops Risk Management team and stakeholders to understand the risk and control environment in Technology.
- Solve complex analytical problems by applying innovative and resourceful thinking.
Requirements:
- Established experience in Analytics, preferably in Risk and Technology.
- Working knowledge of technology processes, risks, and controls across domains such as cloud, DevSecOps, operational resilience, Artificial Intelligence.
- Solid experience in R, Python, and SQL for data wrangling, analysis, and modelling.
- Strong expertise in Data Visualisation tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.
- Excellent written and spoken communications skills with strong influencing and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
