About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Icon Group. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
  • Counsel patients on over-the-counter medications and provide guidance on medication usage
  • Assist with customer and clinic queries, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Process orders and manage inventory, ensuring seamless pharmacy operations
  • Participate in on-call rotations, covering weekends and public holidays
Requirements
  • Dispensing experience in an Australian-based hospital or community pharmacy
  • Ability to work in a team environment, providing exceptional patient care and support
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks
  • Commitment to providing patient-centered care, with confidentiality, sensitivity, and professionalism
