About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Managing Director to lead our Forensic Investigations and Intelligence team in Sydney. As a key member of our global IDC practice, you will be responsible for executing and delivering local and international internal investigations, focusing on fraud investigations related to insolvency, corruption, and disputes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage high-profile and complex investigations, collaborating with global teams and clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the IDC practice, driving business development and marketing initiatives.
  • Represent Kroll at speaking engagements and industry events, showcasing our expertise and thought leadership.
  • Mentor and develop staff to ensure client objectives are met, contributing to the professional development of junior team members.
  • Contribute to the growth of the IDC practice, developing and implementing strategic plans, and influencing and collaborating with practitioners across Kroll.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of professional service leadership in investigation and forensic accounting.
  • Proven experience in business development and managing partnerships, with a track record of acquiring consulting projects with significant revenue.
  • Experience in managing high-quality investigative casework, working with diverse teams and C-Level executives.
  • Expertise in contract preparation and execution, with strong influencing skills across business lines.
  • Ability to think independently and make sound decisions, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
