We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Sleep Intake Specialist.
Job Description:The selected candidate will play a vital role in the processing of new PAP equipment and supply orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing. This includes obtaining necessary documentation, qualifying insurance, disclosing patient financial responsibility, and scheduling setup appointments. Effective collaboration with healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies is essential for success in this position.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in an administrative capacity, preferably with a minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role. Knowledge of PAP equipment, respiratory equipment, and basic DME industry concepts is highly desirable. Additionally, strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills are required for this position. Extensive computer usage and ability to perform office/clerical tasks are also necessary.
This role involves receiving and reviewing new PAP orders from healthcare providers or patients, entering patient information and PAP orders into the system, and working within e-prescribing systems to receive and process orders. The successful candidate will verify the completeness and accuracy of order information, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies during the order processing phase, and maintain a high level of productivity while meeting deadlines.
The Sleep Intake Specialist will work in our office location on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, enjoying flexibility with remote work on other days. Responsibilities:- Receive and review new PAP orders
