Job Responsibilities- Conduct functional behaviour assessments to identify needs and develop strategies for enhancement.
- Work collaboratively with participants, families, and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
- Provide training and guidance to support staff to ensure consistent implementation of behaviour strategies.
- Recognised qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, or similar.
- Current or provisional registration with the NDIS Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
- Strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support and restrictive practices requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
