Marine Logistics Manager

As a Senior Border Officer, you will be responsible for managing the logistics of the vessel fleet, ensuring seamless operations and efficient service delivery. You will work closely with marine crew to resolve any logistical issues that may arise.
The role involves planning and coordinating logistics requirements for ad-hoc and planned vessel arrivals, resolving stores and equipment concerns from the cutter fleet, and managing warehouse stock levels and serviceability of equipment.
You will also be responsible for supervising staff performance, operating forklifts, undertaking regional and interstate travel, and working in challenging environmental conditions.
This is a critical position within the Australian Border Force (ABF), providing enabling support to ensure the ABF border surveillance strategies are achieved.
