About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled Systems Analysts with expertise in SAFe methodology to join our team at Ignite. As a key member of our ICT team, you will play a critical role in delivering key government and legislative priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to identify, define, and implement projects.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality deliverables, including User Stories, Data Mapping, Business Specifications, and Functional Specifications.
  • Engage with stakeholders, provide coaching and liaison services, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a System Analyst in SAFe projects.
  • Proven track record of working with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and key stakeholders to deliver projects.
  • Strong understanding of SAFe methodology and ability to apply it in a real-world setting.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, consultation, coaching, and liaison skills.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with Azure, Octane, JIRA, SQL, Visio, XML, Confluence, and BitBucket.
  • Previous experience working within an IT project environment.
