CAD Designer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CAD designer to join our technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality designs and drawings that meet our company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create detailed drawings and models using Revit and AutoCAD software.
  • Collaborate with the technical manager to develop site-specific layout drawings.
  • Mentor and assist members of staff as required.
  • Provide regular progress reports to the Group Technical Director.

Requirements:

  • Educated to OND, ONC, HND, HNC or degree in Architectural technology desirable.
  • Strong working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD operating systems along with associated software.
  • Good knowledge of Building Regs, BS, Codes of Practice and Material performance.
  • Analytical with good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to multi task, identify key priorities and proactively deal with issues.
