We are seeking a dedicated and experienced mental health clinical nurse to fill this exciting role.
The ideal candidate will possess strong assessment and triage skills, with the ability to develop and implement care plans for patients in crisis.
This position requires the successful applicant to work within a multidisciplinary team to provide acute care services, including intake and triage, crisis management, and community-based patient management.
The role demands a high level of autonomy, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. A strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care is essential.
