Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate, analyze, diagnose, and resolve Oracle Identity Manager and Oracle Access Manager related incidents.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis and execute standard Problem Management processes.
  • Implement and configure Okta with various on-premises and cloud-based applications for user provisioning and Single Sign-On.
  • Enhance risk and security posture of the organization through Azure AD, including migrating applications from Oracle Identity Manager to Azure AD.
  • Interact directly with internal customers, maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
  • Collaborate with IT support teams and key suppliers for efficient issue resolution and escalation when necessary.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience in Identity & Access Management with strong expertise in Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access Manager, Azure AD, and Okta.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing and configuring Single Sign-On and user provisioning systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to migrate applications from Oracle Identity Manager to Azure AD.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on Root Cause Analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and standard Problem Management processes.
