As a key contributor, this role will provide administrative support, maintain accurate records and information systems, and respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records and information systems.
  • Schedule meetings, take minutes and actions from meetings, receive inquiries and document key engagements.
  • Provide administrative support to the Regulatory Affairs team.
  • Prepare reports for internal distribution, including research and collation of information where required.
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate person for resolution or technical advice.

Requirements:

  • Advanced experience with MS Office and MS Project.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
