The Paxus - Technology + Digital Talent team is looking for an experienced Regulatory Affairs Assistant to join their Regulatory Affairs team. As a key contributor, this role will provide administrative support, maintain accurate records and information systems, and respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records and information systems.
- Schedule meetings, take minutes and actions from meetings, receive inquiries and document key engagements.
- Provide administrative support to the Regulatory Affairs team.
- Prepare reports for internal distribution, including research and collation of information where required.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate person for resolution or technical advice.
Requirements:
- Advanced experience with MS Office and MS Project.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
