Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Professional Learning Content Developer to join our team. This role will focus on delivering engaging learning materials and resources, supporting the delivery of strategic projects, and collaborating with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver High-Quality Learning Materials: Design and develop training content, create policy documents, and document processes incorporating instructional design principles.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Engage with franchise partners, retail team members, and the Support Centre team to support project work.
  • Identify Training Needs: Analyze operational change impacts caused by projects and manage interventions through a learning lens.
  • Develop Training Modules: Create training modules related to our service offerings using contemporary methods of training delivery.
  • Facilitate Workshops: Deliver training as required and facilitate workshop sessions alongside the Instore Field Training team.
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment: Minimum qualification required.
  • High Proficiency in MS Office: Excellent skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience in Learning Package Creation: Proven track record in creating and delivering learning packages, including instructional design.
  • E-learning Authoring Skills: Experience in authoring e-learning content using Articulate 360 or similar tools.
  • LMS Experience: Strong technical abilities and experience working with Learning Management Systems.
