Job Description

This Administrative Support Specialist role is responsible for providing top-notch administrative support to the ACT Branch team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the team, including managing receptionist activities, ensuring smooth office operations, and allocating and scheduling work.
  • Managing document control and project administration activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintaining databases relevant to the team, keeping them up-to-date and accurate.
  • Coordinating invoicing for projects, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in administration, preferably in the electrical or construction industry.
  • Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience in scheduling and coordinating trades to achieve targets.
  • Strong accounts and invoicing experience.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and maintain a busy office environment.
