We are seeking a Sales Development Program participant to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity that offers a structured two-year development program designed to equip you with the skills, experience, and support needed to thrive in a professional sales environment.

The program includes a curated and structured two-year development plan focused on understanding the market, knowing our customers better than anyone else, selling on value rather than product and price, supporting business alignment, and creating a winning team.

You will have the chance to work closely with supportive mentors from sales professionals who have come from the ground up, gain practical experience in a collaborative sales environment, and enjoy clear career progression opportunities within the organisation.

Our Recruitment Process
  • Online Application: Submit your application online You should include a resume and answer the online application questions in place of a cover letter.
  • Video Interview: Shortlisted candidates are invited to take part in a video interview so we can learn more about you and what attracted you to this role.
  • Assessment Centre: Selected candidates will be invited to an assessment centre which will last for 2-3 hours.
