This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Meaningful Life Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for residents in our care community. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing meaningful engagement activities that reflect a person-centred model of care, aligned with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with strong computer and customer service skills. A Certificate III/IV qualification in dementia care, leisure and health, aged care or leadership, or relevant experience and/or willingness to obtain, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement meaningful engagement activities across the care community, reflecting a person-centred model of care.
- Participate in the coordination of new and existing meaningful activities and person-centred engagement, meeting residents' goals, needs, and preferences.
- Coordinate and be responsible for all meaningful life residents' assessments, care plans, resident iCare profiles, and documentation.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to the meaningful life team, volunteers, and students in the care community.
- Conduct monthly team meetings with direct reports and monitor meaningful life team members' performance.
- Certificate III/IV qualification in dementia care, leisure and health, aged care, or leadership, or relevant experience and/or willingness to obtain.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with strong computer and customer service skills.
- Victorian Driver's Licence.
