Job Title

Service Specialist - Child and Family Services is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.

Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in relationship development, customer service, and business acumen, with a proven track record of working in incident response and crisis coordination.

The role involves monitoring and ensuring service compliance, managing individual contracts and funding agreements, and establishing and maintaining relevant systems, processes, and tools.

Key responsibilities include enabling and supporting Customer Service Delivery teams to create positive customer outcomes and satisfaction through planning, goal achievement, and outcomes.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Extensive experience in relationship development and management
  • Extensive experience in customer service, with strong business acumen
  • Proven ability to work in incident response and crisis coordination, including accurate reporting and effective decision making
  • Expert facilitation and communication skills (written and verbal, including presenting to groups)
  • Sound knowledge and experience in business systems: RiskMan, Carelink+, and SolvSafety (desirable)
