Senior Mobile Banker Position

We are seeking an experienced lender to join our team.

This role supports the delivery of business objectives by turning leads into great customer outcomes. Emphasis is on growing the portfolio and exceeding acquisition targets while proactively managing prospective and existing customers to retain and refer business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage leads through the appointment, application process and up until settlement.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end lead management process and present appropriate solutions to customer enquiries.
  • Achieve all customer outcomes with business objectives and customers' best interest top of mind.
  • Constant communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage own portfolio in an appropriate manner to ensure customers are contacted post settlement and beyond.
About You:

We are looking for a team member who is highly organised, lives and breathes process efficiency, has a keen eye for detail and remains calm under pressure. Excellent time management and high-level customer service skills are essential.
