We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Cleaner and Support Worker in our aged care facility in Brighton. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents, while also providing support and care to enhance their quality of life.

About the Role

  • Ensure all cleaning requirements are met to the highest standard, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for our residents.
  • Provide support and care to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a seamless delivery of care and services.
  • Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
  • Adhere to infection control policies and procedures to minimize the risk of infection transmission.
  • Follow safe work practices and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
