Job Description
The Senior Project Land Developer will lead our engagement with landowners to support the development, construction, and operations of our renewable projects and supporting infrastructure. Key responsibilities include engaging with landowners, contract negotiation, and ensuring health, safety, and environmental policies are adhered to. To succeed in this role, you will require qualifications in Real Estate, Property Development, or Agricultural related disciplines, along with strong experience in land acquisition or leasing roles. Additionally, you must possess strong relationship management and negotiation skills, as well as knowledge of property law. A Full Driver's Licence is also essential.
