We are seeking a suitably qualified Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator to support our Moonee Ponds home.

About Your Role:

As a Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering the lifestyle program while understanding and considering the evolving needs of our residents. You will work closely with your immediate team and receive regular guidance from the Home Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive lifestyle reviews for each resident
  2. Develop 'lifestyle' care plans tailored to individual residents' needs
  3. Lead a team of Lifestyle Assistants
  4. Promote community support programs
  5. Prepare monthly reporting and analysis to support the Lifestyle Program
  6. Collate surveys and audits for the Lifestyle Program
  7. Provide ongoing education and support within your team

About You:

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Relevant qualifications (Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle) and previous experience within an aged care setting are highly valued. A genuine interest in elderly care and a proactive work ethic are also essential. Intermediate systems/computer skills are required.
