Job Title: Finance and Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our finance team as a Finance and Administrative Assistant.

This is a full-time temporary contract role based in the Hobart CBD, offering a unique opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced environment.

  • This position will involve providing general support to the Accounts Receivable team, including data entry and processing invoices for clients, maintaining financial records, and raising and receiving Accounts Receivable transactions.
About the Role:

The successful candidate will have excellent clerical, administrative, and financial skills, with the ability to process high volume data accurately. They will also possess knowledge and understanding of accounting procedures, including financial regulations, legislations, and policies.

Able to work well under pressure and prioritize competing demands, this individual will be an excellent addition to our team.
