Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Consultant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for guiding clients through the sales process, presenting display homes and sales office, and participating in events and functions.

Serenitas Management Pty Ltd is a market leader in developing and operating land lease lifestyle communities with brands such as Thyme Lifestyle Resorts and National Lifestyle Villages. Our vision is to provide affordable luxury resort-style living in a safe community of like-minded people.

This opportunity allows you to join our supportive team during an exciting period of growth. You will be selling off the plan and newly completed homes in a new and vibrant community.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Guiding and nurturing clients through the entire sales process
  2. Maintaining your pipeline and activities live in CRM software with accuracy
  3. Presentation of display homes and sales office at a high level
  4. Participating in events, functions, and presentations
  5. Preparing and maintaining sales-related contractual documentation
  6. Assisting with producing sales reports and contributing to sales and project meetings

Requirements:

  • Strong passion for sales with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to build quality relationships with everyone you meet
  • Strong sales skills, with a focus on empathy and rapport while closing sales
  • Commitment to achieving your sales and referral targets
  • Ability to engage with clients' families to explain lifestyle benefits and ensure extended family support their lifestyle transition
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills to support and excel within your resort team
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to support multiple clients and manage several tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication and excellent listening skills
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Passion for creating solutions to challenges and supporting the whole team's success
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Understanding of CRM systems and pipeline management
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service
  • Flexibility
