  • You excel at working independently while contributing as a dedicated and reliable team player.
  • You are passionate, driven, and competitive, consistently working to meet and exceed your targets with enthusiasm and determination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sign new customers efficiently by managing new leads from the Enquiries team and collaborating with Service Coordinators and Service Support Partners.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and service expansion by identifying and addressing unmet service needs within existing customers.
  • Establish a strong regional market presence by building and maintaining a relevant network of relationships.
  • Drive regional growth and demand generation by contributing to a Sales Plan that increases Northcott's visibility and directly leads to an increase in service demand and lead generation in the region.
  • Increase customer engagement and leads by coordinating Northcott's presence at expos and networking events.
  • Generate new business leads by establishing and nurturing local partnerships that raise awareness of Northcott.
  • Create a continuous stream of referrals by developing and executing a targeted outreach strategy to referrers.
