Job Overview

Strategic Partnership Development is key to business growth initiatives. This role involves partnering with organizations to deliver solutions that support company objectives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a technical mindset, and the ability to align with key programs and educate/upskill partners on critical product features.

This position requires engaging with both technical and executive audiences using whiteboarding, presentations, and demos to build mindshare among partner organizations.

Key responsibilities include running training sessions, workshops, and webinars to help partners become proficient in Snowflake technology, providing technical strategies to enable solution providers, and keeping partners up-to-date on key product updates and roadmaps.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
  • Provide technical enablement to solution providers.
  • Run training programs to enhance partner capabilities.
  • Keep partners informed about key product updates and roadmaps.
  • Engage with executive and technical audiences to build mindshare.
Requirements
  • Have expertise in data engineering, cloud architecture, and big data technologies.
  • Have experience with databases like SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and NoSQL DBs.
  • Have knowledge of data warehouses such as Azure Synapse, Redshift, and BigQuery.
  • Have strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Have 10+ years of relevant experience in software development and partnership development.
  • Be familiar with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and distributed computing.
