The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transport with experience in routing multi-drop deliveries. Leadership skills, particularly in managing large teams, are essential along with an understanding of CoR and customer service.

Suitable applicants will undergo a security clearance process.

In This Role You Will

  • Effectively manage your team and assets to ensure efficiency of the fleet.
  • Plan daily routes and manage driver workloads to maximize vehicle utilization.
  • Focus on delivering excellent customer service with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
  • Complete necessary reports and compliance management tasks.

You Have The Following Qualities And Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in managing a local fleet is required.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your approach to suit different stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated safety leadership through operational compliance aligned with national safety standards, road transport legislation, dangerous goods regulations, and CoR.
  • Prior experience in routing with expertise in multi-drop deliveries.
  • Sound knowledge of Brisbane metro, outer metro, and regional areas.
  • Expertise in 3PL operations.
