Product Specialist Role About the Job

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Vibrational Spectroscopy business within the Analytical Instrumentation Group.

The successful candidate will collaborate with an outstanding team in an innovative and international environment, working on new development projects including hardware and software.

This role offers the opportunity to work on various projects, contribute to the company's mission, and make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct installations, trainings, and after-sales support for end customers in the ANZ region.
  • Work with cross-functional groups comprising product management teams, product marketing, vertical marketing, and R&D on new development projects.
  • Provide scientific expertise to guide strategic collaborations with key opinion leaders.
  • Address challenges proactively by providing regular feedback to R&D to address defects and feature gaps.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge and ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a diverse, cross-functional team across multiple sites.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact and communicate globally with internal colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% (domestic and international).
