About the Position

We are looking for experienced lecturers to join our growing Community Service faculty and teach in Brisbane.

The teaching location is in the vibrant heart of Brisbane CBD, within walking distance of the Central station.

As a lecturer, you will work under the supervision of the Head of School and be responsible for providing an engaging learning experience to our students, focusing on teaching and assessing students.

About Yourself

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to facilitate face-to-face and online learning.

  • Deliver course content within your discipline area and facilitate learning in an engaging manner, using on-campus and digital methodologies
  • Foster student engagement, consultation, and communication of student issues to the Head of Faculty
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of subject content
  • Participate in weekly subject forums and discussions
  • Mark student assessments within specific timeframes and to required standards
  • Engage in moderation and benchmarking activities as required
  • Attend faculty meetings and student consultations as required
