Lead a Childcare Room with Excellence

A key role within our state-of-the-art childcare centre in Glen Waverley is to lead a room where children can grow and develop. This position requires a qualified and experienced individual who can work collaboratively with our vibrant team.

We seek an applicant with a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, possessing strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS. Key attributes for this role include creativity, flexibility, and enthusiasm, along with the ability to take initiative and work effectively within a team environment.

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Childcare Room Leader
  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Significant contribution to program planning practices
  • Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working With Children Check
  • First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Anaphylaxis Certificate
