About the Role:
As a Lead Enrolled Nurse, you will provide leadership and supervision to Personal Care Workers and support Registered Nurses in their role to promote a harmonious team approach to the delivery of resident care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality, person-centered care to residents and their families, taking into account individual needs, cultural, spiritual and individual needs
- Providing nursing care to residents with complex needs, including palliative care, dementia support, restorative care and pain management
- Supporting nursing staff in assessment and care planning processes, documentation and evaluation of care outcomes
- Analyzing risk, implementing strategies and participating in clinical handover with Registered Nurses
- Promoting a harmonious team approach by acting as a role model in coordinating daily routines and adhering to safe practice measures in medication management, in consultation with Registered Nurses
About You:
We are seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive difference in the lives of our residents. To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (Div 2)
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience as an EEN in residential aged care or home care
- Experience with dementia care and palliative care support (desirable)
- Strong decision-making, critical analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to delegate and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication skills
- Availability and commitment to work in the specified roster vacancies

- A current Working With Children Check card
- Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
- Australian working rights
- Ability to pass a national police clearance and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
