Job Description

We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee the delivery of mental health services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team, shaping service models, and driving clinical excellence.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage clinical services and operational activities within the team.
  • Provide advanced clinical advice on specialized mental health service delivery models.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders across Queensland's mental health networks.
  • Drive evidence-based practice, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate team development, workforce planning, and change management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced clinical expertise and high-level independent professional judgment.
  • Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and operational responsibilities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Tertiary qualifications with relevant registration.
