Job DescriptionAs a Mental Health Professional with Access Psych, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals navigate work-related injuries, stress, pain management, and other occupational issues. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of clients.
You will provide evidence-based mental health training, assessment, and treatment to clients with various mental health conditions and outcome goals. You will also work collaboratively with clients, medical and allied health professionals, case managers, and employers to assist people return to work and engage fully with the community.
The role involves completing assessments and interventions using your clinical skills, maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, and being able to see clients face-to-face (with hybrid TH/F2F options available).
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality mental health training, assessment, and treatment services to clients;
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support clients' recovery and well-being;
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date clinical records;
- Participate in ongoing professional development and education to enhance skills and knowledge.
