Regional L2C Deployment Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to drive the deployment of our newly designed Lead to Cash Omni Solutions across the Asia Pacific Markets. As a Regional L2C Deployment Lead, you will play a critical role in collaborating with our COE and GPOs to design a successful deployment strategy and playbook.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop deep expertise on end-to-end processes and systems to lead thinking on effective and efficient ways to improve the demand function
  • Be the key voice of the local function in the project, escalating issues for resolution with speed and proactively managing market teams
  • Work closely with the COE, APAC EOS Business Team, CXO, and data to ensure successful completion of milestones
  • Collaborate with 3rd party vendors such as Salesforce.com, System Integrators, and Business Integrators

This role requires 7-10 years of experience in demand/sales function and ideally with experience in deployment of new digital capabilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with good English language proficiency.

  • Experience of driving business process changes and change management impacts across teams
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering through others and creating collaborative relationships
  • Good understanding of B2B CRM, Field Sales Execution, Customer 360, Webshop, and mainstream technology platforms
