A Fitness Focused Reception Role

Derrimut Gyms provide a unique fitness experience with state-of-the-art equipment and high-protein meal packs. Select locations offer group fitness classes, ladies-only sections and Personal Trainers.

The Opportunity

Deliver exceptional customer service and support our members with enthusiasm and motivation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Customer Service and Reception: Greet guests, members and staff with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • General reception duties and maintaining a professional presentation.
  • Assisting with stock take and administrative tasks.
  • Membership and Retail Sales: Cross-selling and approaching guests or members to discuss their needs.
  • Understanding memberships and their requirements.
  • General cleaning and maintenance of the gym.
  • Reporting maintenance issues that require attention.

Requirements

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • A professional and positive attitude.
  • Willingsness to learn and show initiative.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • High attention-to-detail skills.

Eligibility

Previous customer service experience is essential, as is the ability to work overnight shifts, be available during peak periods and possess strong PC literacy and administration skills.

Level 2 First Aid and CPR certification is also required.
