As a Baker, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our bakery department. This includes managing inventory, preparing ingredients, and ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality.

About this role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a strong understanding of the production process.

  • Trade Certification or Diploma: A formal qualification in baking is required to demonstrate your commitment to the trade.
  • Extensive Baking Experience: You must have experience working in a fast-paced bakery environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality products.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene Knowledge: It's essential to have a deep understanding of food safety and hygiene practices to ensure that our products are safe for consumption.
  • Customer Obsession: As a Baker, you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis, so it's crucial to have excellent customer service skills.
  • Mentorship and Team Support: We are looking for someone who can coach and support other team members in honing their baking skills.
