Job Description

The role of a Finance Officer involves overseeing financial processes and contributing to the company's growth trajectory. You will enjoy a collaborative environment while working to deliver tangible outcomes.

You will be responsible for shaping financial processes, with an initial focus on Accounts Receivable and Debt Collection (80%). As you gain experience, your responsibilities will expand to include Accounts Payable and exposure across multiple finance functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts Receivable and Debt Collection: Collect outstanding payments from clients and manage debt recovery strategies
  • Accounts Payable: Manage invoices and payments to vendors, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Multiple Finance Functions: Gain exposure to various finance areas, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Requirements
  • Relevant Experience: Recent proven experience in Accounts Receivable and Debt Collection, as well as Accounts Payable
  • Software Skills: Familiarity with finance software, XERO considered advantageous
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with valued vendors and clients
